Short Stories§
These short stories are based on the characters of the novel, The Loneliness of Lena. Some are side stories that include other characters. Although they stand alone, they’re more interesting to read after you’ve read the novel, as little extra stories.
Story of a minor character, Hildegard Stiehl. She’s the custodian of the apartment building where Lena and Lexi live. It’s set sixty years before the novel when she was a small girl.
